Workshop Network
The main purpose of the Workshop Network is to provide our policyholders with an alternative that facilitates the process of repairing their vehicles when a covered loss occurs.
When using the Workshop Network service, customers will receive the following benefits:
The estimated damages will be free of charge, upon completion of the repair process and with the client's authorization.
The payment will be made directly to the workshop, avoiding customers from going to banks to endorse and cash checks, thus streamlining the claims process.
The Workshops in the Network will provide a guarantee for the work they carry out, for a minimum term of one year.
They will assist in the presentation of new claims for the repaired vehicle, if necessary.
Assistance in the rental car process, if necessary.
